The next film for Castle Eaton Community Cinema is "What We Did On Our Holidays"

As requested by one of our lovely Villagers !!

The film follows a separated couple, Doug and Abi, who travel with their three quirky children to the Scottish Highlands to visit Doug’s terminally ill father for his birthday celebration. They try to hide their marital problems from the rest of the family, but their outspoken kids unintentionally reveal the truth.

Things take an unexpected turn when the children, left unsupervised with their grandfather, make a heartfelt but unconventional decision after his sudden death. Their actions lead to a chaotic and emotional chain of events that forces the entire family to confront honesty, grief, and what really matters.

It’s a mix of humor and poignancy, showing how children can sometimes handle life’s biggest moments with surprising clarity.
